I am a new patient of Dr. Chinwuba and had my first appointment with her yesterday. I found her to be very personable, professional and concerned about the care that I received as a patient. She was very thorough, easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions completely.

Dr. Chinwuba was thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. She offered me vision correction options that hadn’t been discussed with me before by other doctors. I was very grateful for her care.

Not super friendly. Didn’t seem to care at all about my eye concerns or the pain I’d been experiencing. She stressed me out by saying I need to seek my primary care doctor out immediately, and when I asked why she said “I can’t get into why.” It was very ominous. I did follow up with my primary care doctor. My primary care doctor said I’m fine, and said that’s usually what specialists say when they don’t have a clue.

I am shocked by the "rave reviews", I waited over 1/2 hour (which I didn't mind), she was with me for about 3 minutes, she left the room, I thought she'd be back so I could ask some important questions. Nope, never returned, but another person came in, (I have no idea who she was). She dismissed me...I felt totally dismissed and blown off. No questions answered! I would NEVER recommend her. I question Northwest Eye, having a Dr. such as this.

The doctor demonstrated a tremendous amount of knowledge and skill in field of eye care. She definitely ranks amongst the most professional eye care specialist that i have ever visited!

I gave Dr Chinwuba a couple of chances and after the second visit I decided I needed a new eye provider. She is rude, dismissive and on the last visit she used her hands to shush me out the door. Unclear instructions and seemed bothered I was there.
