Always a pleasant experience with a kind and knowledgeable doctor

Absolutely the worst staff Never returns phone calls Tells me they will call back Never happens On hold for over an hour Disconnected many times Transfered to different medical group Sent to phones that ring for ever Excuse is voice mail not set up Dr tells me when to come back Staff has no clue and makes appointment for weeks later I explain to them I need to be seen next week They tell me there is no opening for at least 3 weeks I tell them what Dr said and to ask him Then all of sudden there are openings They canceled on me 3' times once not even with in 24 hours I call to make next appointment asap Nothing till next month I remind them they canceled on me and Dr wants to see me twice a week They find secret schedule book and make appointment next day I have no issue with Dr just incompetent staff
