I had an appointment with this Doctor scheduled Several months ago before my appointment date. I had to call them to confirm the appointment. The scheduler response when I called was “I was just about to call you.”. Really when? I went to my appointment got there on time and was told she was not there and they tried to call. No one called or attempted to call. I had been up all night and all day for the appointment. You see I work nights. I cancelled appointments just to make her appointment. I lost sleep just so the office or the doctor would not be inconvenienced. I received Not one Word, no apology, nothing. They said they did not have my number this is what she told to intake really then how did you try to call and how did the text confirmation come on my phone. The truth was they had my number because after speaking to the scheduler before my appointment date that I had to reach out to them about, the scheduler said to me that was just about to call you” I got a text… confirmation right after that call. My Doctor who I had before this one NEVER missed any appointments if he had an emergency he had someone to take his cases. So sad that the doctors who really cared have all retired. This was Bad service don’t use this doctor l. Rating 0
