Dr. Jacobs has treated me approx 2 yrs. She has always been so down to earth like talking to a friend. I feel like a individual with issues I can discuss normally. Not just another patient. Never had a long wait time and Dr Jacobs takes time and never rushed our conversation. Specialty drs she has recommended have been excellent so she knows!! Office staff is also excellent!

Dr. Jacobs is a phenomenal physician. She listens to everything you have to say before she starts her exam. She is wonderful when it comes to questions and concerns that I might have and she always answers. Her office is quick to respond to phone calls. More often than not if I dial the nurses’ line my call is actually answered by Dr. Jacobs’ nurse instead of an answering machine. Dr. Jacobs wants what’s best for her patients and it shows in the care that I receive.

Clinical skills great, service quality is poor. Difficult to get a live person via phone for appointment, questions relating health care concerns since the Pandemic arises. Patient reports/care plans via Portals posting never have shown updated outcomes. Every diagnosis, patient complained all are listed as “on going” never reflect resolution. Health status on record does not show patient’s progress. Lack of continuum of care.

I visit Dr. Jacobs every 6 months. It is always a pleasant experience. I never wait more than 10 min in lobby and always get my questions answered and bloodwork results very quickly. My family of four all enjoy meeting with Dr. Jacobs and her friendly staff... more like family members... we love them.

Dr. Jacobs continues to provide the best care possible. She is caring, amiable and professional. She takes the time to listen to her patients and educates them during their visit as well as after care. None better in my eyes. Give her a chance to impress you. You will not be disappointed.
