Five stars for my two molar implant experience. Dr. Stoll had explained what to expect each step of the way to prepare my mind at ease when I was apprehensive for procedures. All his staffs were friendly yet very professional. Definitely will go back to any future dental work. Kinim Smith

Family member had implants done. The implants were placed poorly, one nearly out of the bone, another crooked, and 2 were only suitable for temporaries, not permanent. The entire procedure had to be redone (extracted and replaced) elsewhere. All is much better. This is an extremely expensive procedure. Dr. Stoll did not help fix the problem he created. Very unhappy.

As a dentist he is amazing and was very good with my son but now that my daughter needs help he is no longer taking Medicaid patients so to bad to sad for her she will get no help. But if she had private insurance they would be happy to help

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. They are professional but at the same time make the patient extremely comfortable with the procedure. Dr. Stoll is a wonderful doctor

Dr. Stoll, it really saddens me to write you. I really don't like drama or conflict at all. I was really wanting to come for a visit with you, but unfortunately that won't happen. I choose to not submit myself in this situation again. I do realize you taking Medicaid is your option and so it should be, but your office staff was rude and so disrespectful, which didn't have to be. When I called yesterday they were so pleasant. I had many questions and I apologized for those. I was put on hold and talk to some other woman who also started out to be pleasant. She answered my question then I ask about you taking Medicaid. Her demeanor changed quickly. I had already made an appointment with the first woman, but the second woman said I couldn't have an appointment unless I had a letter of necessity, which I informed her I did. It was at Family Dental here in Columbia. They are the ones who was referring me to you. Today someone called about 4:45 and said they needed to change my… appointment. We were under a tornado warning and I had 5 grandchildren here. I told her I'd have to call back tomorrow. She said that you don't see Medicaid patients on Fridays and I said may I ask why. Her reply was you see "paying people" on that day and Medicaid people on some other days and she quickly said "which is up to us". I never said anything about it not being up to you. I was just trying to understand. I completely understand if a doctor would choose not to take Medicaid, but please don't make one feel less of a human being because you have "paying people". I said to her she was being rude and she replied "you think we're rude". I said yes. She said sarcastically "sorry you feel that way" then hung up on me. No one in your office knows my story as to why I'm on Medicaid, but she really didn't seem to care either. Yes, I may be low income, but what I do have are morals and integrity. I wanted you, Dr. Stoll to know how I felt being treated like this. It really has caused some emotional feeling in me, but like I said you don't know my story. Just that I am on Medicaid.
