Dr. Neelima Chandra Tangirala, MD, MPH

I reached out to Tangirala's every day for over a month. I made it clear I was in severe, debilitating pain and I desperately needed a referral for an MRI. After weeks of begging, I finally got the MRI referral emailed to me but not the referral for a specialist like I was promised. 2 days before my appointment I hear from the radiologist that they never received a referral on their end and my insurance company was never provided with the requisite information to authorize the procedure. I finally had to take a day off work and hobble to the office just so I could get the paperwork sent to my insurance. There was no front desk assistant and the office was completely barren. The doctor happened to walk out and when I explained the situation she reprimanded me for calling so much and "blocking" their office phone. Tangirala went on to shout at me that I know nothing of the medical process and demanded that I leave before I could call my insurance and confirm they had what they needed. I… experienced gross medical negligence from this doctor and she and her staff were nothing but rude and malicious from the start. I think it is dangerous that people's health is in this woman's hands. She is an extremely poor reflection of medical professionals everywhere.
