Dr. Leah John, MD

Dr. Leah John is a cardiovascular disease specialist who completed her medical degree at The University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee. She completed her residency training at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, followed by fellowship training at two prestigious institutions: Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, and the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. Dr. John is fluent in English.

Dr. John practices at Musc Health Ashley River Tower and sees patients at the Sutherland Cardiology Clinic in Germantown, Tennessee. She treats patients with sleep-related breathing disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea in both adults and children. Her clinical expertise includes performing specialized diagnostic procedures such as bronchodilator reversibility testing and asthma challenge tests to evaluate respiratory function. She also utilizes chest fluoroscopy for cardiac imaging and assessment.
