My wife and I love Dr. Austin. My cancer was unexpected and I got a bit emotional in our first visit. He offered me a hug and I took him up on it. It was very medicinal. When we got a second opinion for the treatment plan, Dr. Austin actually texted with the other oncologist and they actually collaborated. It blew us away. We've found Dr. Austin to be not only caring, but very knowledgeable about what he does. As we say, "Dr. Poole is very cool." His expertise is indispensable and we appreciate what he does for us.

Dr. Poole is truly one of the best doctors I have ever had. He listens and truly cares about his patients. He encouraged me all the way through my journey and still does on my check ups.

I have had numerous oncologists and Dr Poole is the best. Caring, on top of my health and medications, and helping to improve the systems at RMCC when i complain about the phone system and the long waits in infusion
