Dr. Nicholas Santiago Camps, MD

The visit with the Dr. Nicholas Santiago Camps is great. But the other part of the office side is terrible. It,s a struggle to get a prescription in to the pharmacy. They say they put in the prescription but they don, t you have keep calling an wait on to get someone then they give excuse that their short staff an they have problem with viví connect not receive in the prescription. Is a on going battle with these people in the office. An I,m a patient that see the doc 2 times a year. Plus I forgot they have problems send the prescription to CVS speciality to . Oh an they give excuse because of Covi . Like said the Dr. Nicholas Camps is great Dr. But the staff that represents the practice excuse my language sucks. I,m not say not to see the Dr. Beware of the quality of the office sevices , ps poor patient service.

This review is long overdue, but Dr. Camps is a Wonderful Clinician. He took Excellent care of my mother, who had a rare medical issue. He did constant research and made sure she was getting the most current treatment protocols. He cured her and she is feeling better than EVER! His bedside manner is not something you can teach a Doctor, you either have it or you don't. He is kind and personable and respectful of his elders. He listens to your concerns and will explain what he is doing over and over if needed. You never feel like he is rushing to leave you. In my opinion, He is a good man, who happened to become a Doctor. My family, will always be grateful for his knowledge, expertise, clinical skills, and kindness.
