Dr. Narmo Ortiz, DPM

I waited for hours until I complained over and over I finally got my surgery, it was horrible one week after I had the surgery I went back to have the bandage changed the toe is swollen so much that it had a ruptured from the infection and Dr Ortiz had to remove some of the inside stitches to make it short now that it’s healed it’s crooked it’s constantly in pain and when I went back multiple times I might add the final visit he said that oh you must’ve dropped something on your toe and broke the tip off he is so full of it. I’m not sure what I’m gonna do but I am going to my insurance company and then I’m going to take legal action if I must. He said he could fix it of course but my insurance company will have to pay for it. He is the worst doctor I have ever seen he nice any smiles in your face and is damaging you the whole time.

The worst DPM, he left me crippled with no dexterity, and I had so many problems I couldn't sue him. I hope the same happens to him. Has no remorse or empathy, he comes across as nice ,and he does sell you many unnecessary foot product, he is not an MD to take on Vascularized arthroscopic surgery that place is horrible and the staff talks about patients pain and suffering breaking the Hippa Laws. I can't get him since he left me so bad, but I will go to senior victim services for all the damages he did to me. I waited 10 hours for surgery when my appointment was at 11:30, people don't visit this doctor he is only a podiatrist not an Orthopedic. surgeon. I pray that that the same happen to him, I thought he was nice in the beginning but his claws show up pretty quick. He never told me that my leg was damaged nor try to even apologize for or the grief he cause may God let him feel my pain, God forgive me, but DPM should operate on ankles. They are foot doctor not surgeons.… according to Miami there is malpractice if you call Tallahassee call if you been hurt, I am supposed to reopen my case. But my fall was terrible, and he had me with a robe exposing my butt when it was my foot, why was there not a nurse to cover me up. Anesthesiologist injected me at 1pm and he was no were in sight , he was trying to do as many as possible since my family was not there he is a monster, and his secretary is a cover up and was talking about me in the receptionist area and always had an attitude Janet watch out for this staff.,

extremely caring and never tries to sell anything. Have not always found that to be true. Kind and cring
