I will NEVER go to this "doctor" again! Only went to him because my dentist referred him. I should have gone back to the oral surgeon I used once before. 3 days post tooth extraction, I suspected dry socket, and I had to leave a message with his answering service at 11:05 A.M.on a Friday morning. Well, it's 9:00 P.M. same day and he STILL hasn't called me back! I'm definitely reporting him, and also telling my dentist about him. I felt uncomfortable the minute I set foot in his office Tuesday for my extraction. I should have listened to my "gut instincts" about this entire joke of an office. Wasn't impressed with lack of cleanliness either. Chairs not cleaned and sanitized they should be after patients leave. DEFINITELY filing a complaint and letting AG know what's going on in this place too. He better pray I don't actually get dry socket or infection. Not calling back a patient with a problem is not only unprofessional, but will also unethical.

If there was a zero that is in what I would give him he is an Out right lier

Dr is really a poor excuse for a surgeon I am disabled and I had a hard time getting there once I did he took xray.and said to me he could not do the implant because I had an infection a large cavity and a chip tooth I was so upset went to my dentist took X-rays and found nothing that Dr scoly found at and it coste $15.00 to get there did not even reimburse me. I found him that because I was disabled It was held against me. He is very discr. I had to report him to blue cross and disability office

Dr. Stephen T. Skoley extracted my tooth and it was like a medieval torture session. He gave me so many Novocaine shots, I became ill. Then he yanked my tooth like a medieval barber. He gave me no antibiotics even though my root was infected. I suffered for months and he did nothing and seemed not to care. He only spent about 1 minute with me in aftercare, which I insisted on - he didn't think it was necessary. Finally, my regular dentist gave me antibiotics. The staff is very nice, however. Please reconsider before using him for anything.

DR. SKOLY, THE OVERLOOKED EVERYDAY HERO The mere fact I feel compelled to write this review, having never done so before, is in itself a testament to the phenomenal level of care Dr. Skoly and his staff provided. During this scary time of mandated isolation and a virus with seemingly unstoppable superpowers, we recognize and celebrate our first responders, ER and hospital staff, law enforcement, all those who courageously jeopardize their own health and safety in efforts of ensuring ours. Another hero deserving recognition and utmost gratitude is Dr. Stephen Skoly located in Cranston, RI. Dr. Skoly and his staff have continued providing emergency oral and maxillofacial medical treatment every day throughout this pandemic. Upon learning I required emergency oral surgery I had no idea who to call so requested my dentist office set it up with whomever they trusted most. The following day I was in Dr. Skoly’s office. Being phobic of the dentist my entire life, I was more than a… little afraid. However, I was so floored by the compassion of Dr. Skoly and his team I literally became preoccupied with amazement. Upon noticing my very obvious fear, Dr. Skoly sat down next to me and explained exactly what the procedure entailed, assuring me my comfort was as much a priority as the extraction itself. As I waited for Novocaine to activate his assistants took turns offering support and popping their heads in the room with a smile or a thumbs up. During the procedure he again explained every step and both he and his assistant provided constant encouragement. Before I knew it he was declaring success, praising my bravery and providing aftercare instructions. The surgery wound healed without incident. I cannot recommend Dr. Skoly and his team highly enough. For the sake of brevity I’m omitting many details of the extraordinary measures they took to provide reassurance and support, but I can honestly say I have never felt such compassion while undergoing a medical procedure in all my life. The level of competence and exceptional care they displayed serves as a reminder how paramount it is to honor those who selflessly strive to create positive for all. I feel privileged to be a patient of Dr. Skoly.

I had an appointment at 8:00 but my elderly mother was my ride unfortunately I was was 5 minutes late and after taking time off work for the procedure they sent me away. There was not one person in the office. I will NEVER go back to that office again.

I dont know how the doctor is but he staff is awful. I had to sit in the waiting room to wait for my mom to get a tooth pulled ( because for some reason they need a family member to sit there) and the people at the desk were extremely rude and would not allow me to even leave to get a coffee (which Starbucks is in the same plaza). Absolutly ridiculous, no reason why I can't walk outside. They said I case something goes wrong, I guess that must happen often. I wouldn't come here. I feel very uncomfortable with prisoners from the ACI walking by, as that's where they bring them for their teeth. I'm just very upset by the staff's unfriendly manner, extremely rude, never seen anything like it in a dentist office. And...their tv is blasting, you cant even talk while waiting for hear your name called.

I was managed professionally and with much consideration due to my high anxiety related to needing a molar extraction. I had IV sedation, it worked TREMENDOUSLY! I DID NOT FEEL A THING and would go back to Dr. Skoly's office if I EVER need an extraction again!

Daughter had impacted wisdom teeth. Dr Skoly took time to go over everything. Surgery went quick and well. My daughter was semi conscious but felt no pain. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr Skoly to others !

All worked out very well
