This has to be the worst experience I've had in my life dealing with a dental office administration staff. They are rude, unprofessional, and lack basic organization skills. There is one person at the front desk that should be fired or not allowed to interact with patients.

Dr. Martin SAVED MY LIFE! well not really but it felt like it at the time. I was in so much pain with my wisdom teeth I could do anything plus I'm completely terrified of the dentist. by the time I saw Dr.Martin I was swollen and my whole head hurt I was crying the whole appointment I couldn't even talk to him . But his staff was very sweet and kind with me they got me the same day and Dr.Martin explained everything he offered to surgery that same day to get me out of pain. I don't know what happen next but when i wake up the birds were singing no more pain i was my old self again. He called me himself to check on after the surgery and a week later when I came back for my check they all remembered me they made me feel really at ease. So much so that I schedule to see the reg. Dentist to look at the rest of my teeth before they get out control. I will never forget the kindness that was shown to me by Dr.Martin and His staff they are OUTSTANDING !
