I can't read close up and can't see far away I have a black dot in my eye and the silicone band bothers me as if something was stuck in my eye. I expected a different result. All objects are distorted and four times smaller than their real size. When I drive a car I can drive thanks to the vision of my right eye. I am sure that this is not a professional job and such operations simply cripple people. Dr. Shields was attentive to me before and after the operation but he did not do his job and simply ruined my vision, But without this operation I could have lost my vision altogether.
