I broke my toe a while back. I called Dr. Lapoff's office and they were able to fit me in that day. Dr. Lapoff's bedside manor is parallel to none! He took x rays, had to drain the tow because of pressure. He explained exactly what he needed to do. Then, he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I highly recommend Dr. Lapoff!!

He performed surgery on me, and after a month I was in the same pain as before the surgery. I called his office twice in one week, he and his staff never called me back. What kind of doctor trats a patient like this ?

The most incompetent, unloyal doctor you can imagine. When I was going to him I thought he was a great guy. Cortisone and alcohol injections didn't help my problem. He did a Sinus Tarsi Syndrome surgery on on me on 3-15-19. My foot seemed to be getther much better at week 6, and by week 8, it started hurting again. I went back to him, he acted like he didn't know what it could be. He did x-rays, sent me for another MRI, which showed nothing to speak of. He gave me a cortisone injection on a Tuesday, and told me to call him on Thursday. I called his office back, and the receptionist took my message that I was still in pain. No call back. On the following Wednesday I called back, and asked the receptionist why I wasn't called back. She said, " Let me check my notes for that day. Ok, I gave him the message, he didn't tell me to call you back, and I don't know why he didn't call you back. I'll give him the message again." No one from the office ever called me back. He… simply abandoned me, left me in pain, and didn't care anymore. After all the money he made off me and my insurance, he didn't care anymore. What kind of Doctor is that ? A horrible one.
