To me, the health of a patient is a shared goal between the patient and the healthcare provider. To that end, I believe that patient education and empowerment are pivotal in achieving healthcare goals for my patients. As a board-certified and trained Endocrinologist, I always make sure that my patients have the state-of-the-art health care advice. However, I also believe that a good outcome for my patients is only achievable by listening to them and understanding the barriers they face in their efforts to get and stay healthy. The relationship that I build with my patients by helping them manage their chronic conditions and the impact on their lives is truly valuable to me.""
