As long as you don’t need anything special it’s fine. The minute you need a PA the nurse is unwilling to cooperate and you can’t get the Doctor to return a call. The doctor “doesn’t have time for repetitive paperwork” I.e. correcting a PA that the nurse filled out incorrectly. The doctor is unavailable and honestly prescribed a medicine that was detrimental to my daughter’s mental health. When trying to get that corrected, the nurse said “you have an appt in 3 weeks, you can discuss then.” She went from a straight A student to failing to classes in a matter of months. The office manager, Jennifer, called and I thought we might be getting somewhere but unfortunately she belittled my daughter and spoke to her as if she was berating a child. Absolutely zero respect and kept trying to talk over her. I’m only person in the whole practice who you can speak to and have a respectful conversation is the practice manager, Sonja. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone! If your loved ones… go here, please go to the appointments with them so they are shown respect.
