Dr. Kenneth Adrian Marino, MD

I spoke with a staff member with this office and was informed that they do not verify if they accept our insurance until we are there for the appointment at the office. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter with concern for this. I called the day before the appointment to verify that appointment and again asked if they could verify the insurance. I was told that they don't have enough staff to do that. She was rather dismissive and condescending. She acted as if she didn't care about my needing to verify insurance before showing up without knowing if they take my insurance or not. I asked what range the cost is just to be seen without any procedures with insurance and was told between $100-$175, then asked about without insurance and was told between $80-$110. Unfortunately for this office, I called another office and was promptly told to that my insurance is accepted there and the maximum copay they can charge is $35. I am disheartened that an office can't tell me if they… accept my insurance. They've lost my business.

I could barely walk when I saw Dr. Marino. He treated my foot and within a couple of weeks was back walking ok. His treatment plus the instructions on home care sped up my recovery.

We have been going to Dr.Marino for several years and have found him to be very knowledgeable and thorough. He explains everything he is going to do before proceeding and he is great about following up.
