I have had back surgery with Dr. Chin I think 4 times and have nothing but good things to say about him and the staff at KWO. Since he moved upstairs I found the wait time to be much less. I never minded waiting for him as he spends as much time as needed with each patient. He is very caring with a very gentle demeanor. He is a very skilled surgeon. My last surgery a year ago involved fusing from C3 to T1. He is not afraid of large surgeries. He helped me to get my life back and I am so thankful for him.

Dr. Chin always takes the time to listen and explain which nowadays is a rare thing.

I’ve been to a lot of doctors in my life time, many surgeries, and Dr Chin is the best. The Kennedy-White group are very professional and caring staff. The best there is! Travis is fantastic and caring!

I was sent to Dr Chin because none of the doctors in Massachusetts would even talk to me about my back issue. Dr Chin took a look at it diagnosed it did the x-rays did the prerequisites for it and now I am sitting here unbroken waiting for the next month to go by when I can get back to being myself, I am truly grateful to that man.

Dr. Chin has always spent time answering my questions. He tells me about the options for treating my problems. He asks which option I would prefer and then tells me which option he would recommend. I have recommended him to others. The only negative is that sometimes there is a wait to see him. But I attribue that to the time that he takes with each patient. The staff is also great.
