Dr. Serrano is the best. She treats you with such kindness and takes the time to listen and talk to you. Everyone in the office was wonderful as well and made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Serrano is absolutely amazing! I’ve seen her once so far but she definitely makes you feel comfortable and as if she really understands your needs! Very friendly and made me feel like she actually seen me as a real patient and not just a number! I highly recommend her to everyone!

I have had the run around for years with doctors and I finally feel like I have been heard and Jessica is actually finding a solution for me! I absolutely love her and her staff! AMAZING! Very personable. Friendly, she talks to you like one of your girlfriends.

First time there, wait more than I expected. Not sure what to say for my first impression. At least she listen and had lab, specialist and ultrasound Send. Hope next time I feel more welcome.

Doctor that REALLY cares! Jessica is 1000% amazing, yes 1000%! We’ve been seeing her for about 3 years now, through our first pregnancy, first miscarriage, second pregnancy and birth, and she is totally invested in our family and cares so much to help us try to get pregnant again! She and her whole team are nothing short of fantastic. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
