I have been a patient of Dr McCain's for over 30 years. I have had TmJ since I was 15 years old. When no one really knew what tmj was was helping lead the way. I have had to have 5 surgeries in the past 30 years and each time with his caring and empathetic bed side manners and his talent he has helped me. I now am having some issues and I have decided to stay with him even though he is no longer in Florida he is now in Boston. I must say about his staff in Boston they have been great. Since I am so far away they have helped set everything up for me get me everything ii need.

I cannot say enough good things about him and his practice. the staff is excellent and caring and he takes his time and explains EVERY detail of what he is going to do before and after. if you need them for ANYTHING small or insignificant they make sure you get the best care.

I wouldn't let this butcher operate on a goldfish. I ended up being scarred for life. I am far worst today than I was before Mr. (i refuse to call him Dr. He is a butcher). Run from this man !

Dr. McCain was there for me when virtually no one knew about TMJ. He was always concerned to find the best care for me and never jumped in to treatment without looking deeply in to all aspects of my case. I am very grateful for his care. TMJ is not to be taken lightly and I never felt I was not getting the best care.

Dr. McCain is a good doctor, his staff on the other hand are the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, abusive bunch of amateurs that diminish Dr. McCain's qualities. His office manager should be flipping burgers and left nowhere near patients with medical issues. Do not waste your time because you will only be talked down to and refused test results. Don't bother leaving the doctor a message wanting to discuss results, because his staff will make sure he doesn't get it. Their behavior is despicable. It's bad enough to have to deal withserious health issues only to be mistreated by a bunch of incompetent sadists.
