Dr Ragailov, and his medical assistant, were very nice, professional and knowledgeable about my about my specific eye issue after listening well and doing a thorough exam. The doctor also was able to make quick decisions about changing the course of action for treatment that had been prescribed by one of his colleagues. He even made room for me to see him again the same day and perform the needed eye procedure.

It was an overall very good experience

I’ve met several times with Dr. Rafailov, and he is consistently professional, attentive, empathetic to my concerns, kind and obviously sharp as a tack. I’ve been to many eye doctors over the years for chronic blepharitis and occular rosacea. My search is over. I have found the needle in the haystack. Dr. Rafailov will be the only doctor whom I’ll let touch my eyes. Period.
