Dr. Vladimir Klinov, MD

Doc enters, appears bored & put upon from the get-go. Then, this doc acted like he "got me" in a question. He asked if I had a specific test. When I said no, he spurted out "YES, you have." Turns out they did the test after the ER had me admitted to the hospital, where I was for two days. A barrage of tests were done and I committed the error of not knowing all of them--there were a LOT. Ooo, score one for the big doc. Why would he have posed a gotcha moment? It served no purpose and was not at all productive. After receiving his analysis of my MRI ( which was compared to 1 done less than 2 years prior, same hospital) I specifically inquired if hypertension may have TRIGGERED the the issue he found. His response (MyChart) was that the white matter changes won't CAUSE hypertension. I then responded that I did not ask about that but, rather, if it was triggered BY hypertension. His response was that the changes noted on the MRI would not CAUSE hypertension. Huh? SMH

Receptionist are rude. They hang the phone up on you before you can speak. If you need any preauthorizations from you insurance won’t get them cause they don’t do them. Dr. Klinov is great it’s a shame the front desk lacks professionalism.
