Dr. Judith Furman Collins, MD

Dr. Collins is a phenominal physician who truly cares about her patients health. I can't imagine having another gastro. I usually have her first appointment of the day so I have little wait time. She's very knowledgeable and seeks support from her peers. Dr. Collins is very quick to respond to questions and in my opinion goes above and beyond.

She is often delayed but it is due to the fact that she is so proactive with her patients and doesn't rush. She does her best to provide the best care.

Dr. Collins is GREAT! She loves her job and cares about her patience. She is very knowledgeable about her specialty and does an excellent job. I was in extremely bad shape by the time I got into see her and spent a 31 days at OHSU in the hospital and had major surgery but am now in much better health that I've been in since 1993.

Very competent, knows what she's doing, and straightforward with my options (obstruction, IBS). Just wish the wait time was less.

Dr. Collins is friendly and answered all my questions during my colonoscopy and yes i had mine while awake so that i could ask if i saw something that i didnt understand. she gave me a clean bill of heath and told me i didnt have to do it again for 10 years

If you do not mind a last minute hand off to a medical student(s) for a risky procedure like a colonoscopy, and you do not mind a physician who will not listen or respect you when you tell them you are not interested in a bait and switch, nor students linning up to performing practice rectal exams, the go se Dr. Judith Collins. Otherwise, avoid her and ALL OHSU faculty.
