Dr. L. Phillips Jenkins, MD

I went to Dr. Jenkins after a not so pleasant experience at another office, and found his office to be very professional, kind and supportive. Dr. Jenkins listened to all of my concerns and put my worries at ease. He was very professional, but so caring as well. I have been on a few occasions, and even though they are very busy, and the wait for an appointment may be long, I would not go to anyone else, and I have recommended him to several people, whom also thought the same. Excellent care giver, wonderful staff.

no follow up it takes literally a month or more yo get an appt even when sick. Staff and physician both tell you go to the ER. that's not my idea of caring medicine

Kind, sympathetic, he genuinely cares. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Wait time usually isn't too bad, but if you have to wait, he is worth it.

Poor staff courtesy and compassion. Wait times for in office unacceptably long.on each of my 3 visits the wait time exceeded 1 hour

I was referred to Dr. Jenkins and I knew I had better go due to my colon issues but I had a bad experience with another Dr. in this practice. Dr. Jenkins is a very intelligent, personable man who listens so it was easier to discuss my symptoms. Dr. Jenkins is very thorough and I really appreciated his kind bedside manner. I also found his staff very easy to get along with!
