Dr. Devendra Singh Kahlon, MD

Dr. Kahlon is great, but the two ladies at the front desk are disrespectful, rude, and incompetent. I had an issue with getting her to send the PA form to my ins for my medication a few months back. that took me complaining to Ashley to get it done and it took over 4 weeks to get my medication. Today I was supposed to have my follow up. I had the 1st appt slot after their lunch, I arrived early before any other patient and signed in and waited. She called 4 patients to the back ahead of me, that had arrived after me and could not possibly have had a 1pm appt too. I am disabled and sitting aggrevates my pain intensely. When she came to call the 5th patient, I aksed what was happening, that I had been waiting for an hour and it didnt make sense. she laughed and said she was taking this patient in front of me and told me to sit back down. I said I am leaving. I am in pain and I need to go home. she laughed even more and said Good! bye!. When I got home I went to log into the patient… portal so that I could send Ashely Mole, the ARPN a message explaining what happened. I was removed from the portal! So overall I wouldnt recommend this office, not while those two women are still working there. I have filed complaints with my INS, the Fl DOH, and will be calling an attorney for medical negligence and disability violations, as she definitely was discriminating against me.

This Doctor/office has charged me with an invoice of $71.15 for a phone call/video to explain my medical problem. My insurance paid $28.42 and my Suplamental didn’t pay anything because it was too high and mis coded the service. This bill was bogus because I never received the video call, just a phone call that lasted maybe 5 min. I refuse to pay for something that I didn’t receive. His office told me that they were sorry but they are very busy So if they are busy they will say they did a video call and charge you for something you didn’t receive. I will not recommend this Dr.Kahlon to anyone, very dishonest in their billing and service.

Dr Kahlon is a great Doctor. He takes his time to listen to all concerns of his patients. He is very thrill and kind ( with an incredible bed side manners) .

I am highly satisfied with Dr Kahlon and staffed. They are a very caring and understanding. They asisst you from the moment you walk in to the office. I have traveled quite a few miles to see him over the past years. I recommend this office to everyone that needs a gastroenterology.

I have no idea if the doctor is good or bad but the receptionist there is very unprofessional and needs to learn customer service skills . I called four days in a row to reschedule my appointment because my mother had passed away out of state. For four straight days they did not answer the phone and they did not return my phone call as their answering machine said they would. I went to the office to reschedule my appointment and the receptionist actually put me on hold in the office. She told me to sit down and she would be with me in a few minutes. There was no one else in the office. After five minutes I went up and told her to cancel my appointment and that I would find another doctor because they were totally unresponsive to people in the office and on the phone. I can choose to spend my money where I want and when treated like that I refuse to support them.

Unfortunately, I feel very upset right now. I made an appointment and they told me that they accept my insurance but when I called my insurance they said they this doctor is not in the network. I called to cancel and the receptionist Rachel told me that I need to pay $30 because I didn't cancel in 24 hours. They never told me about this fee when I did my appointment. Then over the phone Rachel got very sarcastic and rude and I get in to the same level and only asked her to speak with someone else but she refuses to help or transfer to someone else because at this point I really felt upset and more when she referred to me as mam knowing that I'm a male. After that, I tried to call again and she just placed me on hold and never get back to me. I will like the doctor to please give me a call because I see that Rachel does not want to help me. I'm available to speak with someone who can help me with good customer service. Thanks!

Incompetent Staff like Rachel
