Dr. Jennifer Suzanne Moore, MD

Dr. Moore has been misdiagnosing my father's condition for two years. After I moved here I requested his records and was horrified at the incompetence of this doctor. My father is finally under the care of a rheumatologist who knows what he is doing.

The staff was friendly. That is the only positive thing I have to say about the practice. Dr. Moore listened to me maybe one minute before interrupting to tell me her "diagnosis." She then left the room and sent a nurse in to walk me back to the receptionist to pay. I drove over an hour to see her and will not waste my time going back.

I have been a patient of Dr Moore for several years. We have formed a great patient Doctor team. She has helped me tremendously with my medical problems. She is always willing to listen and offer solutions. She has always been on time with my appointments as well.

I would give 0 stars if possible! This Smart a$$ don't know jack, stay away very rude!

Dr Suzanne Moore is arrogant and has zero knowledge as far as I am concerned.

I found Dr . Moore to be a cold unsympathetic doctor. She did not want to hear what I had to say,but tell me it was going to be her way or she would not treat me. She would only try one medication. When I told her the side effects I was having she was not concerned at all. Would I recommend her? NO

Extremely rude , arrogant , condescending , treatment was non-existant . Insulted my Primary Doctor ,said only She was qualified to treat my condition .excessive amount of blood tests and X-rays

Dr Moore diagnosed me with RA. I could barely walk before I began seeing her. She was very professional. She listened when I told her that I was still in pain. She ordered MRI that showed disease progression even on Enbrel. (Even though my labs looked good). She changed me to Humiria. I saw her for 4 years until she moved out of state. I have a good rheumatologist, but I truly miss Dr Moore. She was the most compassionate, knowledgeable dr I have ever met.

I'm writing this on behalf of the terrible experiences my mother had with Suzanne moore. My mom had to be a patient of Dr moore starting last year and she did absolutely nothing to help her. The first visit, Dr Moore talked with us for 15 minutes and didn't even put her hands on my mom to check her joints. All she said was she needed to review my mothers records and she would see us in 6 months. The second visit was exactly the same thing, she said she needed to finish reading my moms records. Both visits she was very very rude and didn't care what my mother had to say about her symptoms. The third visit was our last visit. Because Suzanne moore told my mother she refused to help her and will not continue to help her until she got insurance. On top of that my mothers previous doctor had her on humira, Suzanne moore took my mom off humira cold turkey which is very dangerous and refused to give her another prescription. She refused to give her any type of meds to help. So here we are a… year later and my mom finally got insurance approved. Even though her insurance is accepted by Suzanne moore, she denied my mom and said she didn't wanna see her as a patient. My mom has been in severe pain for almost a year now, Suzanne moore was our only option for help and she turned my mom down on purpose. She is the rudest most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. She is the reason my mother is in the terrible shape she is in today. I would like to thank her for absolutely nothing.
