Unprofessionsal and UNACCEPTABLE!. After changing psychiatrists for med management I made an appt with Dr. Odocha. She cancelled and rescheduled to today - which is LITERALLY the day I will run out of meds. On our telehealth call she just REFUSED to refill the medication for me b/c it was our first consultation. NOT MY FAULT - SHE CANCELLED 2 weeks ago. Was very unsympathetic and showed no empathy in helping me to avoid side effects of stopping this medication abruptly. She just made excuses for why she had to cancel 2 weeks ago. I am going to report her to the professional board.

Waste of time and what little energy I had - I went here for help for a condition ive been diagnosed with by 3 different doctors. ... Just prescribes labs and sends you on your way without treating. I actually feel worse after going here. After crying my eyes out I'm back to trying to find a new doctor. Very uncomfortable experiance
