Karen demonstrated exemplary service. We know she's moving to Newport or rather, she has and will prove to be a tremendous loss for the practice. In fact, if she was to remain, we would easily switch to her from another provider in that office as we've had difficulty with that one although we respect him at a professional, we just have not hit it off in some of his counsel.

Karen is very caring and thorough and great! Some questions did not seem to pertain to her, as she is a specialist, not a regular PCP.
