Very uncaring Doctor's Office. Dr. Sivaraj is great if you can ever get to see him. This office is horrible with returning calls. The PA Mark is also horrible. Does not stay around to listen to your concerns or questions. Flies off the handle with some crazy diagnosis and then does not completely explain anything to you. Stay away from this office!

New to Holly Springs Dr Sivaraj was recommended to me by a neighbor and I'm so thankful. What a kind, compassionate man!! I hadn't found a doctor yet and found myself very sick. I called the office and was told by their receptionist that she could bring me right in. The staff was excellent and Dr Sivaraj spent time with me going over all my past history before diagnosing me. I was given medication & some lab work & felt better within days. The staff followed up promptly with my results. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing healthcare.

His office staff is so incompetent they cannot even properly handle patient records but say they never received them. They are non-responsive and very dimwitted, incompetent. Nor can they even read medical records. As a new patient the first thing they said to me was I had to call my insurance company to have Sivaraj listed as my physician; I told them I already did that and should have added DUH. They make you pay up front, which is always a clue that something is wrong with the office, and I demanded my money back. When I called Sivaraj he said he did not want to talk about it and hung up on me. Interesting because my neighbor told me her daughter went to him and complained to Sivaraj about his staff as well. Her daughter died young and suddenly without warning according to my neighbor.

THIS IS A DOCTOR THAT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND. HE GETS TO KNOW YOU AND IS WILLING TO FIT YOU IN IF YOU NEED HIM. HE HAS A GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER AND INVOLVES THE WHOLE FAMILY. HE TREATS THE WHOLE PERSON NOT JUST THE PROBLEM AT HAND.

This guy is only out to make money. If you are black, hispanic or poor he doesn't really want to see you. If you have BCBS insurance you are his number one patient. Otherwise he will pass you off to his PA. He will order unnecessary labs done at HIS lab and stick you in HIS CT machine. Even then you may end up in the ER because he has misdiagnosed you. Beware!
