Dr. Newell is very caring and professional, all the staff at Tennessee Valley Pain center are friendly always great you with a smile and make you feel relaxed. Sometimes the waiting time can be long but they make your wait comfortable.

My visit with him was good. He is very polite and thinks about his patients, he took good care of me during my procedure. Also his works are nice and do a good job. I would not want anyone else to be my Dr. Thank you

Dr. Newell and his staff are always kind and they listen to me if I have questions. Wait times can be a bit long, but I got an appt I needed within two weeks so I don't mind.

Arrived a bit early to a crowded waiting room but several drs in this practice do no worries. A little slow being called for a 7:45 appt but again no problem, I just watched TV. Finally called to back and was seen by Sara who was efficient and very nice. Then, met Dr Newell and was quite pleasant as well. Nurse had explained procedure so no real issues to worry about. Got the IV started and waited for Eric to take me to procedure room. There met the rest of the team, Dr Kraus and the two attending nurses( I’m sorry I forgot their names) but I do remember the scrub nurse had the uncomfortable job of “icing” my backside with ice cold betadine prior to the procedure. All in all the team is wonderful and the only low spots were the initial IV insertion and that cold betadine. Already feel better!
