Dr. Schneck-Jacob is the best doctor I have ever had!! I was seen by her when I fractured some vertebrae in my back, and from then on I never wanted to see any other doctor but her! She is a wonderful person! My sister and brother have also been seen by her and they love her as well! Even at 18 when I hurt my knee, she was generous enough to take me for another injury! Super friendly, really cares, and is very informative! She has inspired me to become an orthopedic surgeon myself! She was even so generous to allow me job shadow her in the OR!! Sometimes there is a long wait in the office, but she is a successful doctor and has a lot of patients. Just like there is a wait at a good restaurant.. expect a wait people! Every one has bad office days. Its life.

It's a shame that the medical field doesn't understand what the rest of the services industries have always known- take good care of your customers. Our daughter had an injury and needed to see a specialist; my wife called and the office told us they could see her this morning at 10 AM. After taking her X Ray, my wife and daughter waited for two hours with no contact by the doctor or staff. My wife then asked if they knew when we could see the doctor- the office staff told her it would probably be another two hours. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and inexcusable service for any service. We will be recommending to everyone we know to find a different doctor's office that can actually treat their patients with some respect.

I would never recommend this doctor. She was condescending, demeaning and rude...all in the 10 minutes she spent with us. She misdiagnosed my son and was going to perform surgery on him when he did not need it. Thank God for Hershey Medical. I have a Ph.D. but she talked to me like I was a stupid nobody. We always left her office feeling worse than when we arrived. She was a total snob!

She is a great Dr. She is very professional and spends time with you. I found her to be very friendly and kind.

Dr. Schneck is by far the best there is. She REALLY cares about her patients. I will never take my child to another orthopedic doctor. Her bed side manner is the best.
