Scheduling was easy and I was able to get an appointment in a timely fashion. The receptionist & nurse were both exceptionally kind and compassionate. Dr Baltes had an excellent bedside manner. He listened to my questions, did a brief physical and gave me the referrals that I asked for. Dr Baltes was referred to me by a friend of mine and I'm grateful that she did. Good doctors are hard to come by.

My appointment went well on time and helped me with getting a echogram for my heart appointment before I see my Cardiologist. Very helpful he and his staff friendly and efficient.

After my family Dr left Lutheran Hospital I had to find another Dr to replace her. It took me a while to find the right fit for me. I came across Dr Baltes and did a little research and and decided he is the Dr for me. Very kind and actually listens to the patient and is genuinely concerned. I highly recommend Dr Baltes if you are looking for a family Dr. I drive 1 hr to get to his office from my house. Worth the drive.
