Dr. Virginia L Menche

Virginia L. Menche, M.D., is a pediatrician with Norton Children’s Medical Group. Dr. Menche earned her medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio, and completed her pediatrics residency at Norton Children’s Hospital through the University of Louisville. She is board-certified in pediatrics.

Dr. Menche has a passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Her special interests include mental and behavioral health, newborn care and preventive health. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is deeply committed to patient advocacy. She emphasizes shared decision-making with families to ensure care aligns with each family’s unique needs and values.

Outside of work, Dr. Menche is happily married and the proud mother of two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, all things Disney, spending time with friends and family, and volunteering with her church. She is a Cincinnati, Ohio, …native and an enthusiastic supporter of the Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Reds.
