If you are a legitimate, and I'm not kidding I mean legitimate, chronic pain patient Dr Greene is one of the best doctors I have ever had treat me. Dr Greene will fight for you if you're having trouble with workers comp and do everything possible to help you live with chronic pain. He will spend at least 30 minutes talking to you each visit so that he gets to know you. If you are just trying to get pain medicine he will catch you. He also runs an addiction clinic. So he is used to addicts and will discover that you're not really in pain very quickly. Everything at the office is done by the book including urine testing, pill counts and in-depth discussions about your pain and daily living. So if you legitimately or in pain and need pain management he is one of the best if you can get in. If your scamming don't bother. You will get caught and thrown out of the program.

Dr. Greene is, without a doubt, one of the finest, kindest doctors and human beings I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Doctors that take the time to get to know you as a person, care about your medical issues and are willing to work with you to help with them, are sadly, a dying breed. I currently am a patient at his practice in Fredericksburg, Va. The entire office is wonderful. They are cheerful, courteous and the waiting time is never long. George, the PA is also a kind and very competent. I cannot rate this office highly enough.
