The Dr was very careful to explain the procedure both before and during the process and answer my questions, before, during and after. She gave me full confidence that it was thorough and appropriate. She is a gem, as is her PA.

Fantastic experience with Dr. Gerstner! She was so kind and knowledgeable when discussing my condition and relaying a clear course of action for treatment. She put me at ease and quashed any worries/concerns I had. Beyond professional and created a comfortable environment to have a conversation. Couldn't recommend enough!

Dr. Gerstner is by FAR the best doctor I have worked with. Pre-cancer and issues of the cervix are very scary and charter a lot of unknown territory. That said, Dr. Gerstner was extremely empathetic, caring, and professional throughout the entire experience. She took time to answer all of my questions and reassure me. During the colposcopy and the LEEP, she talked me through everything she was doing and even gave me a full rundown prior to the operation. She has a very amazing bedside manner and I can tell she genuinely cares for her patients and wants the best for them. I would give her a 100 out of 10 if I could! Grateful for her help throughout this entire ordeal.

She was great and very respectful of my decisions

Our visit was okay. We were there for a confirmation of pregnancy, and we asked to hear the heartbeat (at just over 7 weeks, when it could be heard). Dr. Gerstner would not play it for us, citing external noise, and told us that we would hear it at our follow-up appointment. I miscarried two weeks later, and now we will never have the opportunity to hear our baby's heartbeat. PTSD. And the inova survey expired, so I can't warn other potential patients.
