Dr. Alexander Yermolenko

He is the worse dentist I’ve ever been to! He is also a one man band! The office is ran down and unsanitary. He also does not have a good bedside manner, after taking my xrays without cleaning my mouth he was worried about the type of plan i had and how much he would be getting paid for the procedures i needed. (My plan covers 100%) He then told me he couldn’t find my insurance code in his book so he thinks i should find another dentist. He did me a favor honestly! He is the receptionist dental assistant and dentist absolutely ridiculous!

Horrible experience. Do Not Go here. This clinic does not practice good hygiene. During the examination the Dr. had to stop several times to pick up the phone and open the door for other clients. I simply ask can you change your gloves or wash your hands you continue and he refused to. He proceeded to call me names and kicked me out because I ask him to wash his hands or change his gloves before he puts his hands back into my mouth. You would think this will be common sense for a heath provider. I urge you not to go here.

This Doctor do all the jobs in the office...this was the worst dental appointment I ever had...he does the registration when you get in..he goes over your insurance to make sure he is getting paid. Then he does the exam...no xrays ..no assistant...he is always there alone no other employees...he gave me the worst 8 min cleaning..I'm very disappointed in his services...He tried to type on the computer and then use the same gloves and look in my mouth....yuck remember he does everything on his own....he does not even suction your mouth while cleaning...why because he does it all by himself..I had to ask him was anything wrong with my teeth ..he then said yes you have a cavity between your teeth... he then went to his desk and pulled out two old looking books to see how and what my insurance covers.... He is the worst Dentist I have ever been to...He does not practice enough safety measures ...how do you use a pen , type and do not change your gloves or use hand sanitizer..never going… back!

I had a poor experience using this dentist. The equipment used are not sanitary and the he is very rough and insensitive to patient's needs. There's no front desk person so he spends the first 30 minutes verifying insurance. He makes it obvious that all that matters is that he gets paid. He picks up calls while attending to patients since he runs this establishment solo. I hope the dental council looks into this place

He is an artist with the teeth as a canvass ! Spectacular .
