PARRAGA, MSAc, LAc is a LICENSED ACUPUNCTURISTI began his journey as a patient, and later, apprentice to a masterful practitioner of Japanese acupuncture, Boris Shapiro at Seitai acupuncture. Under his guidance, I was able to gain hands-on training in pulse taking and analysis, meridian palpation, needling techniques, and abdominal diagnoses. I completed my formal training at the New York College of Health Professions in Syosset. While at NYCHP, I had the privilege of studying and training under some of the top practitioners in Long Island.
