After weeks of saying something isn't right with my right eye after cataract surgery, I saw Amy and she took the time to look into it further and refer me. She was not just going through the motions, but actually took the time to listen to the patient.

Waited more than 20 mins past my appointment time. Went to the desk to ask for an update on time as I had to pick up a kid after school and she the nice guy at the front turned around to ask her. She was just sitting there the whole time. I didn’t know she was the doctor so then she had me sit for another few minutes. I felt like I didn’t matter at all.

Dr. Freed is friendly, thorough and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to explain the problem that I was having in an understandable manner, without rushing. It was a good experience.
