Dr. Andrew Remington Glenn, MD

I took my 90-year-old father to Dr. Glen yesterday. The staff were extremely caring and helpful. Dr. Glen was direct and talked to my father even though he is pretty hard of hearing. I was impressed with his knowledge and skill. The surgery was over in just a few minutes. He was very sensitive to whether my father was able to still feel anything and gave him some extra numbing medicine. My father is recovering well. Thanks for a good experience for my Dad!

WOULD NOT SHARE XRAYS WITH OTHER PRACTITIONERS

The office was cold & uncaring; Dr. Glenn rattled through his talk on what he would do & expect; spoke too fast to understand well. Staff lacked any compassion. Felt rushed through the process. He may do a good job but bedside manner is lacking.

No one likes going in to get their wisdom teeth pulled, But Dr. Glenns office just made me feel at ease a like it was just another day. Dr. Glenns personalized approach to say things in a way that I (a young adult) understood meant a lot, and well as his humor that was added in to make light of the procedure. :) I would HIGHLY recomend Dr. Glenn to everyone and that says a lot coming from me. He is gentle and listens to your concerns and makes sure you understand and are at ease with everything. He also made a call himself to follow up and left his cell phone number since my recovery would be over the weekend, saying to feel free to give him a call if I had questions. Now thats legit people. No doctors do that. anyways... my advice, quit delaying and putting it off, get to Dr. Glenns office and Get-R-Done

My son had a procedure done here and the doctor had no clue what he was doing when we entered his office. They didn't have the right equipment and had to go to another location to get the item that was needed while we waited almost an hour. When I got the bill and tried to set up payments (no insurance), he got on the phone and told me that "This didn't merit a 10-minute conversation." And I didn't even ask to speak to him directly. Very rude man. I wouldn't have taken my child there had I known this guy's character!

The only thing bad I can say is that I had to wait a bit for him to come in the room. It was not such a big deal to me, since I had surgery, and had the whole day to do nothing. His staff, and himself did a great job at easing my anxiety, as I had never been put under before.(one of the reasons I have avoided getting dental treatment). He came in and checked on me post opp, and even followed up with a phone call. I appreciated the experience considering I had seen a few other oral surgeons that were not compassionate in the least bit about my anxiety. Which was another reason I put off getting dental work done. I have chickened out many times in the past, on the day of surgery. I may have had to wait a little bit, however I am no longer afraid to be put under, or have other procedures, and I feel like they were very understanding. For me that is more valuable than a little extra wasted time in the office. I loved my experience there. They helped me in more ways than just taking out a… couple teeth.
