I have provided counseling services for the past 10 years and have had the privilege of being able to help people work through trauma, build their sense of self love and work through some of the hardest times of their life.

There are many things that I love about being a Mental Health Professional, but the one that keeps me most motivated is seeing someone have a breakthrough in realizing that they have the power to change the direction of their life. Being able to assist in helping to reinforce that change is truly an honor for me to be a part of.

I became a mental health professional because I wanted to teach others how to combat their symptoms of mental illness, advocate for themselves, and to most importantly, …to spread the word of never giving up hope. Many of the people I have worked with suffer from symptoms of depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and feeling as though they are not in control of their emotions at times. I believe that our mental health is as vital to our well-being as our physical health and they both must be maintained on a regular basis. Through using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I can help you to discover that you hold the key to having a healthy mind and to living at your highest level of potential.
