As a graduate of Columbia University School of Social Work and a NY state licensed social worker, I have rich experience counseling both adults and youth and I strive to connect with clients regardless of where they start as they embark on their paths toward wholeness. None of us are exempt from life s stress and it s challenges, that is why it is important to have a safe space to unpack personal thoughts and emotions. It is my priority to walk with you empathically as we explore areas where you may feel stuck and unload the things that can be hindering your progress.
