I am well pleased at the care I have received so far. Dr Woodhead was clear, gave options and examples of what I could expect from surgery. He did not push toward one treatment plan or another- he let me determine what was right for me. Always a joy to see him; he is so upbeat, which certainly helps with my morale. Dr Woodhead and the staff that is responsible for check-in have been wonderful. There are some staff who call to get you prepared for surgery who have not been helpful or clear. Know in advance that your "care planning" does not include anyone checking in on you- not even a call. Maybe thats normal, but I was told it was too much for them to coordinate w the insurance company some after surgery care. Said they would return my call, never did. Was told if I didn't arrange it I couldn't have the surgery- just a couple days before the neccesary surgery. Rude and brash. Then, someone who said they were from Dr Woodheads office called me, after the procedure, to ask me why… he ordered a "no work" order during recovery. Back of house needs some work. Still, I'm very pleased with Dr Woodhead and front office staff.

Dr Woodhead is so kind and attentive. Went over everything about my surgery and made me feel so comfortable and confident in his abilities. My outcome was more than I could ever imagine. Absolutely pain free and very satisfied. Absolutely recommend him for shoulder repair.

The visit with Dr. Woodhead was great. Very informative and honest! However the wait time was ridiculous as I had to wait over an hour for my scheduled appointment despite being 20min early.

Dr. Woodhead has always been very professional Answers Your questions never makes you feel rushed and takes time to explain everything to you regarding any questions you may have. I would recommend Dr. Woodhead to anybody and mostly I have recommended him to my friends. Keep up the good work, Dr. Woodhead and your professionalism

While I have only had a couple of visits so far, I appreciate the clear and concise diagnosis and options, as far as what can help get this shoulder healed. Its refreshing. Doc was personable and down to earth. Certainly, I felt he was there to help in the best ways he could. I feel like I am in good hands to move forward toward healing.

I highly recommend Dr Woodhead. Thorough, great ability to explain and recommend treatment. This is not my first visit and I intend to see him whenever I need a great Orthopedic dr!

Could’ve been a 6-star rating if not for the unprovoked Baltimore Ravens shade. Lol In all seriousness, very professional, easy to talk to, and a top tier personality. My visit wasn’t long, but certainly long enough for him to make a great first impression on me. 10/10 experience. Definitely plan to request him for future visits.

Dr. Woodhead is very thorough and down to earth. Providing options in a no nonsense manner. He does not push one treatment over the other and is factual about results to allow you the opportunity to determine which option is best for your lifestyle. He is kind, caring and has a great bedside manner. Most importantly he is a skilled surgeon.

He is so down to earth and laid back. He wants to hear what you the patient wants and we work together on fixing the problem. He is very honest on his opinions and explains things thoroughly. With my situation, he said he could fix some things but it would not fix the whole problem. He then told me opinion on what he thought I needed. I trusted his opinion and I can now use my arm and do things I could not do for a year. And all the pain I was having went away. I would recommend him to anyone that needs orthopedic care.
