About Blessing Iwuh NP
Blessing Iwuh is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who graduated from Washburn University. She is a highly-skilled professional with 12 years of overall nursing experience. Six years in psychiatry before going back to school and obtaining her license in PMHNP.
Blessing has treated patients in outpatient clinics and inpatient correctional facilities. She has experience in working with a large range of clients suffering from a variety of mental illnesses including depression, psychotic disorders, anxiety, insomnia, and ADHD. Blessing's experiences encompass a commitment to delivering exceptional and compassionate care to a diverse and multicultural dimension of clients.
She is experienced in caring for the underserved population with the goal of empowering her clients to feel valued as she provides essential quality of care using evidence-based research approaches. Her goal is to elevate her clients by using a highly moral and non-judgemental approach to ensure them that this is a safe space. In addition, her aim is to meet the needs of her clients and motivate them in caring for their mental health effectively in order to improve their daily functioning and overall mind, body, and spiritual wellness.
