Dr. Bola Ruff

Bola is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. She has an affinity for working with children, families, and couples. She has many years of experience helping families navigate the challenges of parenting children with mental health challenges, co-parenting in divorce, and other stages of life hurdles. Bola completed her Master of Marriage & Family Therapy/Counseling at Capella University. She is a former military spouse, a wife, a sister, a daughter, and an aunt with ample experience navigating the stressors and joys of military and everyday life. This, along with her professional experience, enables her to provide a listening ear, guidance, and support to her clients. Bola utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy.
