She lied to a longtime trusting patient's face. Im appalled to find out the "notes" she wrote about me, inappropriate misdiagnosis as well as female and transgender related terminology when I'm neither. That wasn't the worst part though, she even wrote personal things I mentioned and my vulnerable feelings on there when I even asked and made sure she wasn't writing those. She was like "no no no of course not" well there on my records. I couldn't even bear to see them all. I trusted her and she literally lied to my face. She is a backstabber. She even kept referring and pushing me to see incompetent therapist when my suffering wasnt mental first of all. You made a grave mistake with these notes. The ones who I went because of you pushing me to see them,made it worse and a mess. I will never see another doctor as long as I live because of mazzoni center. I thought I could trust her and I saw Caroline the most , I still can't believe this because I just found out about it. I had never saw… all these inappropriate notes by her and other ignorant providers in this LGBTQ place who failed no note the specific intersex related suffering and labeling it as trans or a female related disease instead. I never saw these in my patient portal and I even had to correct some stuff there but I found out about the notes after I downloaded the file which shows everything in a PDF. I learned my lesson too late. I will be my own doctor from now on and shame on her as a person. I hate liars of any kind.

She spent time with me and was gentle to my specific suffering, but she repeatedly pushed me into seeing an unsuitable provider when I wasn't a part of their community.
