While I’m sure the physician is very good the scheduling process and communication is terrible. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for a physical. This morning, 4 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I got a call saying the doctor was out and they would need to reschedule the appointment. They were able to get it done within the next couple days so I was fine, things happen. But then I get another call saying this particular doctor is not accepting new patients! Are you kidding me? This would have been a helpful piece of info 3 weeks ago. Their excuse was that the service I used to book the appointment is flawed and they “try to catch” those appointments made but mine “slipped by.” Now I am back to square one, trying to find a PCP. With 3 weeks wasted.

She has been our family doctor since she started and we all love her. She is really awesome. She can remember everything even if we can't. I will always follow her no matter where she goes.

I really appreciate Dr. Mckarnin. She is caring and personable. She is genuinely concerned about my welfare. She is helpful and understanding of my health issues and does everything possible to assist me in becoming healthier. I am comfortable in talking to her and expressing my health concerns and questions. She is the best and I really appreciate her.

If your looking for a doctor who makes you feel like you are a person and not just some number then I would highly recommend that you give her a call. You will not be disappointed.
