He also competed at the D1 level running cross country and track for Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. He desires to help his patients strive towards health in any way he can, and believes that movement is fundamentally medicine and chiropractic is the perfect segue towards health & wellness. In addition to his chiropractic foundation, he has begun a diploma program in Internal medicine hoping to continue helping people from the inside out. Dr. Sopchak graduated with honors from Logan in 2022 and has returned home to serve his community.
