I decided to become a therapist very early in life. My mother suffered from mental illness which inspired me to spend my life helping others. I not only have the education and experience, I have first-hand knowledge of how important it is to take care of ourselves and our mental health. I have over 20 years of experience working with age groups from early adolescents to the geriatric population. My communication style is genuine, personable, and supportive. I strive to make each client feel accepted, listened to, and validated.
