Summary
My name is Courtney Colien and I am an APNP in Family Medicine. I care for patients aged 12 and above. As a primary care provider my focus is wellness and disease prevention. I also practice chronic disease management with weight management as a special consideration. My hope is to create a trusting atmosphere, to listen, and to build a shared decision-making model for every patient and family member. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 boys, our dog. We enjoy being outside and active. I enjoy running.
