Ms Hulbert was the pcm for all three of my boys. She was always so great with them, she listened to any concerns we had, helped with referrals and was always so flexible.

This woman does not care about your child. My daughter broke her arm. LCHC’s rapid access x-rayed her arm and sent it to CCMH to be read and said to call her PCP Monday. I called at 8am. The receptionist said Hulbert would get the results and call me. I waited until 1pm and called again. I was told the same thing. At 3 pm I get a call from the receptionist saying that on Hulbert’s way out the door she said she never got the x-ray results. Even though she has access to pull the results up. Plus I was sitting there looking at the results that I requested through medical records.
